- In the morning you will make a mountain bike track with a qualified instructor for 1h30 in the Basque Country (between France and Spain)
- For the break lunch, you will be in the rafting base to eat a big barbecue.
- After that, you will put your wet suit to make the white water rafting downhill on the Nive river for approximatly 2h00. You will find during this downhill, speed and quiet rapids.
- The end of the afternoon will be closed by challenge activities in order to make a friendly competition between each peolple of the group.
