FAQ

What's the difference between the raft and the Twister?

The raft is a large 7-to-8-person craft guided by a Takamaka professional — perfect for groups who want to share the adventure as a team. The Twister is a self-steered mini-raft for 3 to 4 people, giving you more control and a more hands-on experience on the river.

Do I need rafting experience to join the trip?

Not at all — this trip is fully beginner-friendly. Your guide will walk you through everything before you hit the water and stay close throughout the descent. The Nive's mix of lively rapids and calm stretches makes it a natural fit for all levels.

How long does the rafting session last?

The descent lasts 1.5 hours — a focused, action-packed session that's ideal when you want real whitewater thrills without committing to a full day. If you're after a longer, nature-rich experience, check out our Aventure Nature en Rafting (2.5 hours, from €50).
