On arrival in Biarritz, head to the shop (250 metres from the Grande Plage) to collect your electric cargo bike. The team walks you through the bike, explains the electric assistance levels, passenger seat adjustments, and safety guidelines. The bike is set up for you — and you're ready for seven days.

🌊 Step 2 — Days 1 to 3: making the bike part of the holiday routine

Within the first few days, the electric cargo bike naturally becomes the family's default mode of transport. Morning bakery, Grande Plage, Anglet's beaches, the Halles market — everything is reached for two, effortlessly, in minutes.
