Bike surf rental

Supervised by certified surf instructors surf school, try to practice surf safely.

The surf spots are plentiful, where you are on the Basque and Landes coast we organize your initiation.

In Biarritz, we teach you how to surf on the Côtes de Basques beach. This beach is located near to the hostal in Biarritz. If the conditions permit we can also offer you courses on the Grande Plage beach front of the hotel Palace.

Your seminar in Biarritz we be succeeded just after a surf introduction on the basque coast waves.

It all starts with a briefing on the beach with different positions and safety rules. Using large foam boards, providing high stability, you will learn to stand up and feel your first sensations of skiing.

 
Program: Introduction in team for the surf practice - joy and good mood of discovery and relaxation.

After the session we can set up a session of relaxation on the beach in front of the ocean: Yoga session or Qi Gong or Yoga 

Seminar surf introduction  ( course of 1h30) : 400 € HT / instructor (8 persons max per instructor)

• Supervised by surf instructors
• Integral neoprene wetsuit, shorty
• Foam board adapted to the begionners
• On the beach, warm-up, security rules, rowing technique and balance on the board
  
• First slide sensation 
• Public shower available on the beach
• Surf introduction at low tide 
• Mobility at the beaches depending of the surf conditions: Hendaye, Anglet, Bidart, Biarritz
